ANTALYA
Antalya is bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year making it an ideal paradise for sunbathing, swimming and sports activities. Visit Antalya in Spring from March to April and you can ski in the spectacular Taurus Mountains in the morning and sunbath in the afternoon on one of the superb beaches of the Turkish Riviera.
Antalya is the largest city of the region known as the Turkish Riviera and Turkey's principal holiday resort. It is a typical thriving modern attractive city with palm-lined boulevards and a prize-winning marina. In the old quarter of Kaleici there are narrow winding streets. Many of the ancient Ottoman mansions have been restored and are now boutique hotels. The centre of the City is pedestrianised as the streets are narrow. It is a good place to soak up the charms of the harbour. Antalya sits amidst the backdrop of the stunning Taurus mountain range and the city itself is set high on cliffs. The beach area is approximately 12 kms to the east which is home to the best beach in the area, known for its golden sands.

ALANYA
Once a pirate stronghold, Alanya is now a modern resort famed for its beautiful sandy beaches. Its harbour is dominated by the Red Tower which protected the dockyards in Seljuk times, the remains of which can still be seen in the waters. Alanya has no less than three blue flag beaches and is excellent for shopping, restaurants and its lively nightlife. Thre are 160 miles of coastline with three blue flag beaches.
Alanya is reached by motorway from Antalya which takes approximately one hour. Alanya has two very long sandy beaches which are excellent. To one side of Alanya there are numerous hotels which are busy all year round. Unlike some towns Alanya does not shut down in the winter. The weather in this region in the summer is 26-33 degrees centigrade and in the winter 17-24 degrees centigrade. Alanya is one of the warmest year round spots on the Med. Because of the year round business this is an excellent location for investment property and those looking to rent their investments.
SIDE
Approximately 30 minutes from Antalya Airport is the spectacular town of Side. One of the best-known classical sites in Turkey Side was an ancient harbour whose name meant pomegranate. Today a pretty resort town with its ancient ruins, sandy beaches and numerous shops it has lots of tourist accommodation facilities which attract throngs of visitors. The numerous cafes and restaurants have views of the sea and the some amazing shops line the narrow streets. A shoppers feast! Famous for its stupendous Roman ruins and the ruins of the temples of Athena and Apollo. Side is a mixture of ancient and modern. There are beautiful bays and wonderful beaches giving Side a quality and mixture that is hard to beat.
