Works have begun with irrigation systems and forestry. This will be the first golf course of many that are planned for the Dalaman area. Good roads link Dalaman to its airport just five kilometres south of the town, which is served by flights to and from many UK airports and a host of other European destinations. Several airport transfer services exist, some of which also cater for visitors to Marmaris and Fethiye. There is a new bus station connecting Dalaman with the rest of Turkey by road.
It is estimated that a sum of 18 billion dollars will be invested in the new Tourism Project planned in Dalaman which is expected to become a ‘healthy living’ city. It is also planned that there will be adventure parks, hobby gardens, education and recreation centre, water sports, thermal hotels and health and beauty centers. The project is due to be completed in 5 years increasing the bed capacity of Dalaman to 75,000.
Dalaman is already an attractive destination in its own right; while the town does not boast the architectural beauties of certain other coastal locations it does possess a spectacular beach bounded by pine forest and other interesting attractions such as its famed medicinal baths. Facilities and infrastructure are good and improving and for the moment the expected new wave of mass tourism has not yet broken. This is the perfect time to invest in this resort full of potential and benefiting from substantial Government Backing and we suggest you look at some of our off-plan investments.
Rental yields in Dalaman are expected to be high due to its proximity to the airport and the planned new golf course and family facilities.

Dalyan
Dalyan is a charming, small relaxed town on the banks of the Dalyan river (African Queen was filmed here). It is set amongst orange groves and dominated by the dramatic Lykian tombs chiselled into the rock face overlooking the town. The pedestrianised main street is lined with shops, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy a romantic candlelit meal beside the water looking over to the Lykian tombs which are highlighted at night by lights. Property Global have a good selection of villas in Dalyan. There are not many available apartments in Dalyan but those that are there we can source for you. We also have commercial investments in Turkey which are mainly in the Dalyan area.
Across the river the fascinating ruins of ancient Kaunos are within walking distance and downstream the stunning white sand beach at Isuzu protected as a nesting ground for turtles, is just a short boat ride away. Dalyan has a good selection of small family-run hotels, many of them backing onto the river which is lovely for swimming. The local mud baths are another popular excursion for day trips or you may prefer a trip to the hot springs at Sultaniye.
Dalyan is a 20 minute drive from Dalaman airport.
